The planned, preventative and reactive maintenance services we provide include:
• Electrical power and distribution
• Heating, ventilation and air conditioning systems
• Mechanical and electrical building services
• Minor building fabric maintenance
• Security and fire alarm system maintenance
• Emergency lighting
• Car Park lighting
• Statutory inspection and testing
• Reactive and emergency repairs
KeyIS work in partnership with CHS to educated the school community about the need for environmental and sustainability practices, ensuring that we all make a positive impact within the local community. Working in concert with the school, Key Integrated Services developed a bespoke maintenance strategy to optimise learning and minimise disruption within the school’s environment.
Within a learning environment it is essential to carry out maintenance activities outside the school’s curriculum to avoid disrupting students.
KeyIS have developed a dynamic, flexible maintenance strategy which allows us to constantly adjust the maintenance activities to be carried out, ensuring optimum use of the school’s facilities by students and the local community.
